| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查法，针对篮球项目特征，设计了篮球彩票玩法，即单场竞猜输赢、场次捆绑及让分玩法；论证了我国发行篮球彩票的可行性。提出加大宣传力度、培养大众购买热情；拓宽销售渠道、完善销售网络；加强法规建设、降低发行成本等建议。 |

| Abstract: | By means of the methods of literature and questionnaire, the authors have designed the playing methods of basketball lottery, that is, to guess win or loss of a single match, tie matches in and concede score, and demonstrated the feasibility of issuing basketball lottery in our country. They have also put forward some suggestions, such as increase the dynamics of propaganda, foster the masses' enthusiasm of buying lottery, enlarge selling channel, perfect selling net, strengthen the construction of regulations, reduce the issue cost and so forth. |
