| 摘 要： | 总结广东引进高校大院大所的发展现状,分析国内外科技创新平台建设、产学研合作实践、创新驱动模式等方面的经验和特征,归纳政府促进科技成果转化的公共职能,并从面向产业创新发展角度,在科技成果供给、管理制度建设、机构绩效管理、政府职能完善等方面给出促进高校大院大所科研机构发展的建议.

| Abstract: | Industrial development is the foundation of regional economy development. Industrial innovation is promoted within the booster of scientific and technological innovation. the introduction of building scientific research branches from university and famous institutes are carried out by local governments. Those branches play an important role in scientific and technological achievements transformation, as well as the cooperation between industry and research institutions. It can benefit from supporting local industrial technology breakthrough, enhancing regional innovation ability and competitiveness etc. However, due to the co-construction and operation running of scientific research branches, there are still many practical problems. Therefore, the effectiveness of achievement transformation and the contribution of the university and institutes are greatly reduced. In this paper, the practice of domestic and foreign industry-university-research cooperation are studied. The industrial innovation characteristics and its model path are issued. That will be good for improving the operation of those co-construction research branches and better transformation service to local industry innovation. |
