| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法及自身多年的武术教学经验,探索武术教学对高职院校学生体育实践能力培养的影响.高职院校武术教学不但提高了学生从事体育运动和身体锻炼的能力,而且增强了学生体育娱乐和体育观赏的能力.高职院校学生体育实践能力的提高不仅有利于"终身体育"和"全民健身"的贯彻和落实,而且有利于武术教学在高职院校的可持续性发展.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the effect of Wushu teaching on sports capability of the students in pro--
fession technology college by methods of documentary data, specialists interview and experience.
Teahing of Wushu not only raised the capability of sports and exercises but also increased the capability
of sports enjoying and view. Raise the profession technology of college students' sports capability not on-
ly benefit for enforcing "life-long" and "national fitness but also promoting Wushu teaching to lasting
progress. |
