| 摘 要： | 成功举办2022北京冬奥会,展现新时代中国国家形象是国家重要战略任务之一。国家利益是国家形象的本质归宿,主场外交是塑造国家形象的重要途径。因此,运用国际关系学和外交学中与国家形象相关的理论来考察和谈论冬奥会与国家形象塑造的问题是科学严谨的。结论:在有利国际环境中,冬奥会的建设如违背既有国际规则,则国家形象将会受损;在不利国际环境中,仍遵守既有国际规则,则国家形象将得以改善。作为东道国,北京冬奥会应在“主场外交”原则的指导下,通过赛事形象、文化展示、体育实力展示、议程设置和政策解读以及涉赛人员形象等5个方面塑造与提升国家形象。为了切实提升冬奥会国家形象建设的实效性,应在制定战略部署、提升“主场外交”意识、树立中国自信、合理定位媒体角色功能、掌握文化展示技巧以及聚合多部门功能等6个方面加以重视和完善。

| Abstract: | The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games is an important practice platform for China's host diplomacy in recent years.It is one of the important strategic tasks of the country to display the national image of China in the new era through the successful hosting of the Winter Olympic Games.National interest is the essential destination of national image,and home diplomacy is an important way to shape national image.Therefore,the author tries to use the theories related to national image in international relations and diplomacy to investigate and discuss the problems of the Winter Olympics and the shaping of national image.The author believes that in a favorable international environment,if the construction of the Winter Olympics fails to abide by the existing international rules,the national image will It will be damaged.In an unfavorable international environment,if existing international rules are still observed,the national image will be improved.As the host country,the Beijing Winter Olympic Games should,under the guidance of the principle of"home diplomacy",shape and enhance the national image through the five aspects of event image,cultural display,sports strength display,agenda setting and policy interpretation,as well as the image of participants.In order to improve the effectiveness of the national image construction of the Winter Olympic Games,we should pay more attention to and improve the six aspects,such as the formulation of strategic deployment,the enhancement of the awareness of"home diplomacy",the establishment of China's self-confidence,the rational positioning of the role of the media,the mastery of cultural display skills and the enhancement of the role of convergence among multiple departments. |
