| 摘 要： | 本文比较了中国与联合国世界粮食计划署（WFP）主要捐赠国在国际粮食援助领域的地位，深入剖析了美国和印度大规模开展对外粮食援助的动机和目的，采用SWOT分析方法，构建了中国在新时期与世界粮食计划署合作战略的SWOT矩阵，并提出了中国与世界粮食计划署开展新一轮合作的战略定位、战略目标、合作方式和保障措施的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper compares China's position with those of the major donors of WFP in the world food aid arena,and analyzes thoroughly the motives and objectives of large-scale food aid of the U.S.A.and India.It builds a SWOT matrix through a SWOT analysis for China's cooperation strategy with WFP of the United Nations in a new era,and finally makes policy recommendations for the new cooperation strategy relating to the strategic positioning,strategic goals,forms of cooperation,and guarantee measures. |
