开放教育背景下教师三维五元职业角色的研究

摘    要:在电大系统开放教育转入正常运作的历史新阶段,随着电大社会地位、学生群体、技术条件的变迁,教师的职业角色应该具有更深刻的内涵。本文从开放教育应具备的基本职能入手,发掘了教师职业角色的多元化层面,构建了教师的职业角色框架,明确了教师的职能和作用,为教师的职业发展,为人才培养质量的保证奠定了基础。
