| 摘 要： | 专利侵权诉讼攻击是跨国公司近年来不断对我国企业采用的一种商业化经营策略.将专利侵权诉讼作为企业的一种商业策略,结合法律规则和企业经营法则,探讨了专利侵权诉讼的商业特征,并在此基础上阐述了企业应用专利侵权诉讼进攻和防守的各种策略.

| Abstract: | As a business strategy, attack of patent infringement litigation has been taken by multinational corporations constantly to China's enterprises in recent years. Based on the legal rules and business principles, this paper takes patent infringement litigation as a business strategy, explores the business characteristics of patent infringement litigation, and elaborates the strategies of attack and defense of patent infringement litigation. |
