| 摘 要： | 由于我省对体育旅游资源缺乏合理认识在冰雪体育旅游产业的发展上思想现念偏差,加之生态环境脆弱,交通、通讯可进入性差;专业人才教育发展滞后,经营管理人才流失严重等因素。致使冰雪体育旅游产业发展缓慢。只有充分了解制约因素,科学客现制定相应的开发对策,才能使黑龙江冰雪体育旅游产业得到健康的发展。

| Abstract: | The development of Heilongjiang tourism industry is very slowness because of lack reasonable understand,de- stroying of zoology environment,bad condition of transportation and commutation,dropping behind the education for the professional talent,losing of the management talent.Heilongjiang tourism can develop health after considering the restric- tors factors and establishing the scientific countenneasures. |
