| 摘 要： | 德育方法是德育过程的实践环节，直接影响德育效果。影响德育方法选择的主要因素包括主体和环境两个方面，其中起关键作用的是教师后天形成的教育素质。德育方法是师生双方互动的活动，互动方式实现的一般过程是一种理论模型，这种理论模型虽然有理想的成分，但能帮助实践理清思路。德育方法的实施具有综合性、个性化、创新性等特点。

An Analysis on the Realisation of Moral Education Approaches |

| Abstract: | Moral education approaches are practical processes in the course of moral education, putting a direct impact on the outcome of moral education. This paper analyses the main factors influencing the selection of moral approaches and postulates that moral education approaches are an interactive activity between teachers and students. It also analyses a general process of realising this interaction while it stresses the characteristics of comprehensiveness, individualness and creativeness in the application of moral education approaches. |
