| 摘 要： | 许多国家研制的训练大纲或训练模式中，都用助跑贡献率作为检验运动员标枪技术实效性的标准与方法。为了提高我院掷标枪教学质量，从而提高学生标枪技术，笔者对我院学生掷标枪技术的教学中进行了助跑贡献率的实验研究。结果为以助跑贡献率的大小作为体院标枪技术教学实效性和技评考核的衡量标准是客观准确的。教学的重点应以提高学生技术为主，而提高助跑贡献率，则是改进技术的有效手段

| Abstract: | The study of approach contributory rate to the javelin technique, as an important way to reflect the level of javelin technique , is more common in every country of the world. In the training programmes made up by many countries the approach contributory rate use is the method and standard to examine the actual effect of the javelin technique. This paper, by the analysis of the approach contributory rate to the javelin technique teaching, discusses some problems in teaching. The aim of the article is to provide some scientific and theoretic references for promoting the teaching quality, improving the throw technique and enhancig the sport results. |
