清末直隶师范教育之师德培养理念探究

摘    要:中国经学思想是清末直隶师范教育之师德培养的核心理念。中国经学以其博大精深的儒学内涵滋养了当时的师范生,为其形成良好的师德素养奠定了坚实的基础。当今师范教育需要重新审视我们的培养目标,明确师德教育主旨,吸纳中国经学的精粹,改革师德教育的方法,以便提高师范生的品德与人格素养,最终使其在未来从教的过程中表现出良好的师德修养。

Exploration on the Concept of Teachers’ Professional Ethics Train in Normal Education at the End of Qing Dynasty in Zhili Province
Abstract:Chinese Confucian classics is the core concept of professional ethics in normal education in Zhili Province. Chinese Confucian classics nourishes the normal students with profound connotation at that time, and has laid solid foundation for their formation of good morality literacy. Today’s normal education need to reexamine the training objectives, make it clear the spirit of teachers ’ professional ethics education, absorb the essence of Chinese classics, reform the teachers ’ professional ethics education methods, in order to improve the quality of their character and personality purposes, and from good teachers ’ professional ethics cultivation.
