摘    要:我国的随班就读政策执行过程中存在“教师观念上赞同,实践中又认为应该让残疾儿童在特殊学校接受教育”的态度冲突。这种冲突与我国随班就读政策产生的理念、师资水平、经济基础、文化观念等方面存在着千丝万缕的联系,有效解决冲突有利于进一步推进随班就读工作的开展。

Analysis on the Conflict of Teacher’s Attitude Towards the Implementation of Inclusive Education in Our Country
Abstract:In the process of the implementation of inclusive education, there is a conflict between the teacher ’s attitude towards the concept of inclusive education and the practice of it. Even the teachers agree with the idea of having the children with special needs in regular classrooms, they still believe that these children should receive education in special school. This conflict has all kinds of connection with the concept of inclusive education in our country, the quality of teachers, the economic foundation, and the cultural values, etc. Effective solution to the conflict will facilitate the development of inclusive education.
