| 摘 要： | 现代足球运动向着高强度、高速度、高对抗、高技巧的方向发展,全攻全守、全方位的足球战术打法已日趋完善,运动员的整体水平有了较大的提高。足球意识在比赛中的重要性逐渐显现出来。本文通过对足球比赛中运动员的防守意识的特征、规律、影响因素问题的研究,为全面认识足球运动员防守意识建立评价体系和进行科学训练提供参考。
