| 摘 要： | 提出了认识维和特征维的单个高新技术项目风险因素分析框架;基于单项目风险研究,利用项目问的交互效应,从风险二要素角度揭示单项目到项目组合的风险变化.损失可能性的变动是由于交互效应对风险因素的影响导致的;并通过对生态学视角下五类项目组合的分析,从资源和收益两个方面解释损失程度的变化.

| Abstract: | Based on the dimensionalities of cognition and character, the paper proposes an analyze framework of single high-tech project risk factors. Using the concept of project interactions, it reveals the risk change of project portfolios in two elements of risk as probability and amount of loss. The variation of probability is explained by the change of risk factors in three hierarchies of cognition dimensionality.
