| 摘 要： | 党的第三代领导集体于世纪之交，提出了一个新的思想——“以德治国”，这个思想是在对我国古代“德治”思想的继承与发展的基础上提出来的。以德治国、德治，其思想和实践，是中华民族优良道德传统的一个重要组成部分，以历史唯物主义为指导，分析其演变的历史轨迹，本着批判继承的原则，认真总结这一历史遗产，以我为主，综合创新，为我所用，这对于我国新时期的思想道德建设和精神文明建设以及人们的思想道德修养，具有十分重要的借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | At the turn of the century, the third generation leader collective of the Party put forward a new thought-ruling the country by virtue. This thought is inherited and developed from the basis of our ancient thought of ＂ rule of virtue＂. The theory and practice of the thought of ruling the country by virtue-rule of virtue are important elements of the good virtue tradition of our Chinese nation. It has great significance of reference and guidance toward our present ideological and moral construction and spiritual civilization construction to analyze the historical track of its evolution based on the principle of critical succession, to summarize this historical heritage seriously, and to innovate comprehensively for our avnlicafion. |
