| 摘 要： | 基于建设幸福广东的理念,从公共体育服务的内涵出发,分析了广东省公共体育服务非均等化的原因,提出加强体育行政部门公共体育服务职能、建立多元化的公共体育服务供给模式、完善体育公共服务均等化财政制度保障等发展策略,旨在为推动广东省的公共体育服务均等化提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of the concept,the paper defines the connotation of the public sports service and analyses the unequal access to the public sports service in Guangdong province.The paper also proposes to strengthen the public sports service function of the sports administrations,establish various channels of public sports service and improve the financial guarantee of the equal access of the public sports service. |
