| 摘 要： | 经济发展靠人才,人才培养靠教育,灵活管理、开放教育是发展的必然趋势,学分制为教育观念、课程体 系以及教学媒体的改革提供了有力的保证,成人教育实行学分制,能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得到充分发挥, 最大限度地发挥成人学习的优势,促使教学管理模式从传统走向现代。

| Abstract: | Economy development depends on people of talent. Personnel training depends on education. Flexible management and open education are the natural trend. So the credit system provides powerful guarantee for the educational concept, course system and the reform of teaching media. The Adults education implements the credit system, it can give full play to students' study enthusiasm, initiative and advantage of adult's study. It also promotes the teaching management mode to move towards from tradition to modern times. |
