| 摘 要： | 党的十四大确立社会主义市场经济体制，体育系统已强烈感受到市场经济的冲击．西北地区在发展体育产业中取得了可喜的成绩，但与东部沿海地区和经济发达省市相比仍有较大差距．发展体育产业是市场经济的需求，充分利用西北地区地理环境、历史及古文化、边界线长等优势，完善机制，理顺关系，确立近期体育产业发展的战略重点，确立相应的对策，使西北地区产业加速走向市场．

| Abstract: | Since the 14th Session of Communist Party Committee has set the socialism market economy system,we have strongly affected by its force. Speds industrial of Northwest ares has made a great achievement,however,compared with the coastal lands and developed arces,there is a great difference between them. Developing sports industrial is the need of the market economy. We should make a good use of the geographical conditions,historical and ancient culture,long boundary line to develop the sports industrial. Furtherly we also perfect the system,adjust the relationships,set up the key strategy in the coming days and speed up the sports in dustrial into the market economy. |
