| 摘 要： | 碳酸锰矿是具有工业价值的重要含锰矿物之一,对锰矿资源的开发和综合利用有着重要的指导意义。有关碳酸锰的选择溶剂,先后报道的有多种,对比试验了其中常用的6种。不同溶剂对碳酸锰浸取率不一样,硫酸、磷酸、高氯酸等无机酸的稀溶液因共存的高价氧化锰矿影响,浸取率都比硝酸铝溶液的高。硝酸铝溶液是利用其水解时释放酸(稀硝酸)来作用,据文献【3】报道,在极稀的无机酸对碳酸锰矿溶解作用时,只有稀硝酸对高价氧化锰矿及含锰硅酸盐矿物的溶解度最小,干扰小,这说明硝酸铝溶液是碳酸锰的选择性溶剂。

| Abstract: | Manganese carbonate is of great industrial value important manganese mineral one,Manganese ore resource development and utilization are of important guiding significance.The choice of solvent on manganese carbonate,Has reported a variety of,We contrast test among 6 kinds of commonly used.The effect of different solvents on manganese carbonate leaching rate is not the same,Sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,perchloric acid and inorganic acid in dilute solution by the coexistence of high manganese oxide effects,The leaching rate are high than aluminum nitrate solution.Aluminum nitrate solution is the use of its hydrolysis releases acid(dilute nitric acid) to effect,According to the literature 3 ] report,in extremely dilute inorganic acid to manganese carbonate dissolution time,Only dilute nitric acid to high manganese oxide and manganese silicate mineral solubility minimum,Small disturbance,This shows that aluminum nitrate solution is manganese carbonate by selective solvent. |
