| 摘 要： | 随着我国高教事业的发展,近几年,许多师范专科学校升格为本科院校,忻州师范学院就为其中之一,它们培养的学生素质如何直接影响着基础教育。调查发现,毕业生综合素质受多种因素的影响,学校只有采取积极有效的措施,才能更好地提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | With the development of China's higher education, in recent years, many normal colleges with 3- year schooling period have been upgraded to university with 4- year schooling period, and Xinzhou Normal College is one of th em and the quality of the students they educate will exert a direct effect on ba sic education. Investigation shows that the synthetic qualities of the graduates are influenced by a variety of factors, and only when the colleges take positive and effective measures, can the synthetic qualities of the students be upgrade d further. |
