新时期高等教育管理制度优化的对策思考

摘    要:我国高等教育经过十几年的锐意改革己取得了长足的发展。高校的管理行为正在从被动的、行取的、封闭的传统管理模式向以人为本、体现大学精神和人文素养为核心的文化管理模式转型。为了保证高等教育能够规范有序、持续健康地向前发展,在教师聘任制度改革中,必须确立学术权力的核心地位,并适度引入教育经营理念,加强校企合作,树立品牌意识,为高等教育进入良性循环和可持续发展赢得生机与活力。

Abstract:Higher education in our country has already obtained the substantial deveIopment by several decades of reformation.The management behavior of the higher education is transforming from passive,administration,close mode to the mode of the university spiht and humanities cultivated manners for core.For guaranteeing the higher education can norm contain preface,stability health,realize stride over type of development.Appointing to a teacher's position must establishment scholarship the power's core position and convert the education management ideas towards the synthesizing of producing,learning and studying,to win the source of vitality and vitality for higher education's virtuous cycle and continuous developing.
