| 摘 要： | 教师肩负着激发学生的学习兴趣,科学培养学生的探索精神、创新意识、创新能力和实践能力,使学生成为祖国现代化建设的合格人才的重任,只有高素质的教师才能培养出高素质的学生。在新课改的大背景下,为了提高物理教师的教学技能和教学质量,物理教师要改变传统教学理念和教学方法,加强个人素质的培养。

| Abstract: | Teachers have responsibility to stimulate students＇ interest in study,Scientific train students＇ Exploring spirit,innovation consciousness,innovation ability and practice ability,make students become our country＇s modern construction of qualified personnel.Only the high quality teacher can cultivate the high-quality students.In order to improve the physical teachers＇ teaching skill and teaching quality,Physics teachers should change the traditional teaching idea and teaching methods,enhance personal qualities. |
