西部农村留守儿童学业心理特点及其学校管理对策研究
摘    要:引导和帮助留守儿童获得良好的发展是我国农村教育与学校管理的重要任务。对西部10个省市自治区的8627名农村小学生进行调查,重点考察留守儿童的学业自我概念、师生关系和学校态度等学业心理特点,并以此为依据探讨学校管理对策。研究结果发现:非留守儿童的学业心理状况表现最好;父母都外出留守儿童的学业心理状况好于父母单方外出的留守儿童;父母单方外出留守儿童的学业心理状况表现不佳,尤其是仅母亲外出留守儿童的学业心理状况最为不佳,值得关注。

Research on the School Work Mental Characteristics of Western Rural Parent-absent Children and Its Countermeasure of School Management
Abstract:To guide and help parent-absent children to obtain good development is an important task for our rural education and school management. An investigation has been carried out on 8,627 rural primary students in the 10 western provinces, cities and autonomous regions, seeing about the school work mental characteristics such as self-conception of the school work of the parent-absent children, relation between teachers and students, and the attitude of school, etc. so as to explore the countermeasures to the school management. The results of the research show that the school work mentality status of the non-parent-absent children are the best; the parent-absent children with both parents out behave better than those with only one of their parents out; the school work mentality status of the parent-absent children with one of their parents out are not well, especially those with their mothers out behave worst, which should be paid attention to.
