| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对羽毛球运动的供能系统进行了分析,通过测试比赛运动时间、运动员血乳酸、心率、血红蛋白、血尿素和肌酸激酶等指标,分析了羽毛球运动的生物学和生化特点,并进一步阐述了生化分析在羽毛球运动训练中的具体应用,旨在为羽毛球训练提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | The biological and bio-chemical characteristics of badminton were expounded by documentation and logical analysis.Exploring the energy system of badminton,a test was made on the movement time,blood lactate,heart rate,hemoglobin,BUN and CK during the competition;that elaborated on the application of the bio-chemical analysis in the badminton,aiming to provide reference for training. |
