| 摘 要： | 人才培养、科学研究、社会服务是高等院校的三大职能，其中人才培养职能居主要地位。在这种背景下，高校科研及其科研评价往往强调教学和科研的和谐互动和相互促进，这一点是与其自身职能相适应的。在实践中，高校科研评价中的教学促进因素主要通过两个方面表现出来：一是高校内部对于教职人员的评价，往往与教学相联系；二是对于高校科研绩效的评价，加入研究生数、学位完成数等统计数据。
