| 摘 要： | 随着中国足坛反赌风暴的日益猛烈,赌球问题更加引起社会的关注。分析了中国足球界赌球的社会原因、文化原因、经济原因以及心理原因:社会原因包括社会控制失灵、价值取向畸变、法制建设落后;文化原因指中国足球在中西方足球文化对接过程中出现偏差;经济原因包括人的经济性本性以及现实经济的窘迫;心理原因指盲从与侥幸心理使然。提出了预防和减少赌球行为的对策,包括推广健康的价值观、建立足球反赌工作常态化机制、加强反赌球立法、实行财产申报制度、建立和完善球员的社会保障系统、在条件成熟时让地下足球博彩合法化、培育优秀的足球文化以及改革现行体育管理体制。

| Abstract: | With the increasingly violent storms of Chinese anti-gambling,the issue of soccer gambling is more concern of the society.This article analyzed the social cause,culture cause,economic cause and psychological cause.The social cause includes that the social control failures,the value orientation distorts and the legality construction falls behind;The culture cause refers to a bias during the course of the docking of the Chinese and western football culture;The economic cause includes the economy nature of human and the economic difficulties;The psychological cause refers to the sequacious and the fluke mind.At the same time,it puts forward to suggestions for preventing and lessening the soccer gambling,including popularizing the health values,establishing a normal anti-gambling mechanism,reinforcing the relative legal system,implementing the properties declaration system,setting up and perfecting the social security system of the footballers,making underground soccer betting legal when conditions are ripe,fostering excellent Chinese football culture,reforming the current sports management system. |
