| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、实地考察、访谈、文献资料等方法,从体育贫困概念入手,导出了当前我国城市农民工的体育贫困,分析了我国城市农民工体育贫困的五大原因,即制度贫困、经济贫困、物质贫困、动机贫困和技能贫困.提出了加快城市化建设,改革户籍制度,建立农民工城市利益分享与保障制度;创新就业制度,实现农民工与城市居民就业平等;健全社会服务体系,提高组织化程度,消除农民工体育参与的动机、物质与技能贫困等应对策略. |

| Abstract: | There are five reasons as shown t hrough questionnaire st udy , interview and literature study of why China ’s city migrant worker s are not able to do sport s. These reasons include the sport s system does not allow t hem , to go for sport s. Also because t hey are poor and do not want to . Therefore , There should be more migrant worker s in sport s , t he household regist ration system and the system for migrant worker s ’ benefit shares and security system. to reform The system for t heir innovative em2 ployment should be established. Meanwhile , employment equality for migrant workers and city resi2 dent s should be given. Social service system should be perfected. |
