| 摘 要： | 我国的统一战线具有复杂结构,同一层次的联盟中的不同要素之间的结合是统一战线的横向结构,而不同层次联盟之间的关系则是统一战线的纵向结构。统一战线具有特殊的功能,主要有:政治关系整合功能,包括协调各种利益关系的整合功能和对各种政治力量、政治诉求和政治要素等政治资源进行整合的功能;保证政治参与的广度、高度、热度、透明度和效度等的政治参与功能;以及通过提意见、建议和批评等方式实施民主监督功能等。统一战线的结构和功能是辩证统一的关系,统一战线的结构是统一战线功能的基础,决定着统一战线功能的发挥,同时统一战线的功能发挥又会反作用于统一战线的结构,统一战线的构成要素及要素间的结构不同都会带来其功能的不同。

| Abstract: | The united front in China has complicated structures,which mainly consist of a horizontal and a vertical structure.The horizontal structure means the combination of different elements in the alliance from the same level.The vertical structure stands for the relationships among the alliances from different levels.The united front has special functions which include three main aspects.The first is the integration function of political relations which can harmonize various interest relationships and integrate all kinds of political resources such as political forces,political demands,and political elements.The second is the political participation function which can keep the scope,depth,heat,and transparency of the political participation.And the third is the democratic supervision function which is carried out by ladling out advice,suggestion and criticism.The relationships between the structure and the function of the united front are dialectical and unitive.The structure of the united front is the foundation of the function and it determines the exertion of the function.Meanwhile,the function exertion can act on the structure.The elements of the united front and their different structure will lead to different functions. |
