摘    要:对9名健将以上运动员(全国冠军以上4名)采用时序实验观察方法,分别采集运动员上高原前、高原训练中、下高原后、下高原后12 d(赛前10 d)的训练成绩,生理生化、免疫指标,脑对运动训练负荷的自主适应调整指标等.实验表明:1)高原训练不能代替专门的赛前训练安排,高原训练效应的保持,依赖于赛前训练与高原训练强度控制安排的连续性.2) 脑功能指标如信息熵离散,信息熵集中的主震荡水平离散或右移,均提示运动员竞技能力下降.而一般生理生化指标如血色素、血清尿素氮等只能反映运动员的一般功能状态,与运动员的竞技能力不存在线性关系.

Abstract:Adopting the method of chronological and experimental observation, we collect athletes' training performance, physiological and biochemical index, immune index and brain's self-adjustment to the training load before, during, after and 12 days (10 days before the competition) after the altitude training. It's found out that 1) altitude training can't replace the specialized training before competition. The maintenance of altitude training effect relies on the continuity of before-competition training and the arrangement of altitude training load. 2) Cerebral function index such as information entropy dispersing, dominant oscillatory level of information entropy dispersing or a shift to the right, can indicate that the competing competence of an athlete is in degression. The ordinary index in biochemistry and physiology, such as Hb, urea nitrogen in serum (Bun) etc, can only reflect the ordinary function of the athletes' state, thus having no linear relations with the athletes' competing competence.
