摘    要:本文采用实验的方法,皆在研究不同时间、强度的健美操锻炼对心理健康的影响。研究结果显示:(1)参与不同时间的中小强度的健美操锻炼有助于心理健康状况的改善,其中30min和60min中等强度的健美操锻炼效果显著。(2)实验后各锻炼组心理健康指标进行横向比较(运用双因素方差分析法)表明,强度因素有显善性作用,中等强度的健美操锻炼效果好于小强度的锻炼效果;时间因素(持续30min或60min)无显著性作用。(3)实验表明女大学生在每次运动持续30~60min的健身健心活动时,中等强度的健美操锻炼是女大学生最好的锻炼强度。

Abstract:This text carries on researching through the impact on psychological health of control of the intensity of moderate and light movement of different time on the concrete sports item(aerobics).The result of study shows:(1)The aerobics exercise of the moderate and light movement intensity of joming different time contributes to the improvement of the improvement of the psychological health status.(2)Each exercise group to compare horizontally after the experiment,In psychological health,the intensity factor has significance function,especially on some factors,the aerobics exercise result of the moderate intensity is better than the light intensity.time factor has no significance function.(3)These prove the college-girl can make better psychological benefits to do exercises to participate in the aerobics of the moderate intensity between 30 to 60 minutes.
