| 摘 要： | 德宏傣族的饮食文化是傣族长期适应其地理环境的能动成果。德宏傣族主要分布在德宏海拔 130 0米以下的河谷、平坝 ,气候为干湿季分明的南亚热带季风气候。与此地理环境相适应 ,德宏傣族的饮食文化表现出九个显著的能动适应地理环境的特征
