| 摘 要： | 为了教师的成长,我们确立了“校本教师教育”的概念和制度,以及“教师第一”“校长是校本教师教育的第一责任人”的理念;并提出校本教师教育要按“学习、反思、交流、研究、实践”等五种方式促进教师的成长。
