| 摘 要： | 现代远程开放教育要求电大管理者更新观念、做好远程开放教育的服务员，成为终身学习者、成为现代信息技术的驾驭者，做好德育的监控者。电大管理队伍要适应现代远程开放教育的需要，就必须从转变观念，增强服务意识；加强思想道德修养，提高管理队伍职业道德素质；加强教育培训、提高整体素质；优化管理队伍结构，合理配备人力资源；引入竞争机制，实行管理干部竞聘上岗；营造良好的工作环境等方面着手加强电大管理队伍建设。

| Abstract: | In distance education,the managerial personnel of RTVU is required to renew their concept to become a good server of distance edacation,lifelong learner, amaster modern information techniques, controller of moral education,but the condition is far from the requirement If the long distance eduxation.They need to heighten their overallquality,provide human resources suitably and construction good working environment to improve their work. |
