中超俱乐部球员薪酬问题及其应对策略

摘    要:结合西方经济学理论和我国中超俱乐部的内部运行机制,对球员的薪酬问题进行了分析和阐述,指出中超俱乐部球员的薪酬问题,并提出了相应的应对策略:加强后备力量的培养,建立供需平衡;投资主体多元化;加强薪酬管理,转变薪酬结构

Abstract:Combining the Managerial Economics theories and the internal operative mechanism in clubs of Chinese Premier League Football,this paper explores and expatiates the issues of player's compensation,pointing out the problems and some coping strategies including strengthening the development of the reserve power,establishing balance between supply and demand,setting up diversifying investment,strenghening the compensation supervision and changing the compemsation structure.
