| Abstract: | Combining the Managerial Economics theories and the internal operative mechanism in clubs of Chinese Premier League Football,this paper explores and expatiates the issues of player's compensation,pointing out the problems and some coping strategies including strengthening the development of the reserve power,establishing balance between supply and demand,setting up diversifying investment,strenghening the compensation supervision and changing the compemsation structure. |
