含碘废液的回收研究

摘    要:研究从实验室含碘废液中提取碘的2种方法.还原-氧化法:利用氧化还原反应、采取分离、萃取、升华等回收废碘液的工艺.还原-沉淀法:利用氧化—还原反应,将含碘废液中的I2还原为I-,浓缩后加入CuSO4和Na2SO3,使I-全部转化为CuI沉淀,然后加浓硝酸氧化成单质I2,用升华方法将碘提纯的工艺.

Abstract:Two methods of iodine extraction from laboratory waste liquid were investigated.Reduction-oxidation method:redox reaction was employed to recover iodion after separation,extraction and sublimarion processes.Reduction-precipitation method:I2 was first reduced to I-by redox reaction,followed by solution concentration.Then CuSo4 and Na2So3 were used to produce CuI precipitate which was further oxidized to I2 by nitric acid.purification of iodine was carried out by sublimation.
