| Abstract: | Based on a systematical analysis of university science and technology innovation functions,this paper,from the viewpoint of history and philosophy,describes that promoting the functions of university libraries based on traditional value is to solve the contradictory between the demands of university science and technology innovation and traditional functions of university libraries. |
