| 摘 要： | 战后，韩国政府在发展职业教育的过程中，取得了举世瞩目的成就。其基本经验是：及时制定职业教育发展战略，为职业教育的发展导航；重视职业教育立法，用法律为职业教育的发展护航；重视在普通教育体系中进行职业教育，为职业教育的发展拓宽道路；注重提高职业教育的社会地位，为职业教育吸引生源；把职业教育与企业紧密联系起来，为职业教育注入活力。

| Abstract: | Government had achieved outstanding accomplishment in the course of developing vocational education in korea after war. The experiences are as follows: laying down developing strategy of vocational education to guide its development, emphasizing the laws on vocational educaton to protect its development, stressing on implementing vocational education in the system of general education to expand the road of its development, paying more attention to improving its social status to absorb the source of student, making vocational education connect with enterprise to pour vigour into vocational education. |
