| 摘 要： | 随着国际经济贸易的发展, 世界市场的日趋饱和, 以及各国经济发展的不平衡, 国际间的倾销与反倾销的斗争显得更为激烈。时下, 面对国际上汹涌的对华反倾销狂潮, 中国政府立场鲜明, 中国政府一向反对企业倾销, 更反对借反倾销之名行贸易保护主义之实。中国企业界要不失时机地采取对策, 利用法律武器, 理直气壮地迎战反倾销。

| Abstract: | With the develoment of international trade,dumping and anti-dumping will become more severe than ever,which is the result of imbalanced economic develoments among different countries and world market being relatively saturated.Now there is an increase of anti-dumping actions against Chinese enterprisos.the Chinese government objects to any form of dumpings,as well as trade protectionism under the cover of anti-dumping .and it is time now for the Chinese industrial sector to take legal measures to challenge such anti-dumping action. |
