| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,大学校园早已不是独立于市场经济之外的一部分,校园经济已成为我国经济的重要组成部分,而大学校园的良好运行必然离不开学生激励机制的建立和完善.然而目前我国大学生激励机制已经不能很好的适应当今社会的发展,因此建立科学合理的大学生激励机制在我国具有现实意义.
