| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织的所有法律件的通过，标志着马拉松式入谈谈判的完成。今年11月份，部长级会议在完成必要的法律程序后，中国将正式成为世贸组织的成员。入世后，中国保险业的市场主体将迅速增加，竞争更加激烈，最后形成较为完善的保险市场，使中国的保险业与国际接轨，走向国际化。

| Abstract: | The adoption of all legislation documents involving Chinese entry into the world trade organization (WTO) marks the end of the long and complicated negotiation in the process of China's WTO accession.China will gain the membership of the WTO when the high-level conference of WTO trade ministers completes the necessary legislation process in November.After the entry into the WTO,the trade bodies in the Chinese insurance market will increase rapidly and the competition among them will become keener.the form of the relatively perfect insurance market will help china connect its insurance business with the world to realize its globalization. |
