| 摘 要： | 聋人犯罪现象在增多,它是学校、社会、家庭多种因素综合的结果。 建立聋人犯罪的预防机制是解决这一问题的根本。要建立以提高聋人免疫 力的自强教育机制;因地制宜的职业培训机制;有力的就业保障机制;有效的 继续教育机制;有效的家庭监控机制;畅通的沟通协调机制;有力的法律抑制 机制。

| Abstract: | The crimes of the deaf are inreasing. It is the result of many interactive factors, in-cluding, the school, the society and the family. So it is the most essential (thing) to set up a preventive mechanism for the deaf crimes, that is to say , to set up a self - striving educational mechanism for improving the immunity of the deaf , and proper vocational - training mechanism, and powerful employment ensarance mechanism ,and effective re educational mechanism and effective family supervision mechanism , and smooth communicational coordination mechanism , and forceful law - restraining mechanism. |
