| 摘 要： | 由于受到内外部多重因素的影响，使得大学生在社会化过程中出现种种障碍。笔者通过对大学生社会化障碍类型及原因的深层分析，提出培养自我认识能力、认真做好生涯规划、加强人际交流与沟通、积极参加社会实践活动、进行自我心理调适等帮助大学生加强自我教育，克服社会化障碍的具体方法和途径。

| Abstract: | There are various obstacles in the course of college students' socialization due to both internal and external factors.Through a deep analysis of the categories and causes,this paper puts forward the concrete methods and means to help college students to strengthen self-education and overcome the obstacles by cultivating students' self-recognition,making better career plans,enhancing communication and understanding,taking part in social practice activities and making self-adjustment of psychology. |
