| 摘 要： | 排球比赛中替补运动员不同于主力队员 ,但在比赛中如果教练员应用得当 ,运动员发挥出色 ,往往又能出奇制胜 .本文就排球比赛中替补运动员的心理特征及他们在赛前 ,赛中 ,赛后的心理变化进行了探析 ,强调重视替补运动员的心理训练 ,将有利于排球比赛的胜利 .
