| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展是中央提出的科学发展观的重要组成部分，而人力资本是实现城乡统筹发展的关键。职业教育培养的技能型人才是经济发展的主力军，对于城乡发展极为重要。因此对于统筹发展中的职业教育研究具有十分重要的现实意义。
