| 摘 要： | HathiTrust是美国高校图书馆建立的一个共享式数字仓储项目,文章从它的建立缘起入手,概述了该项目的管理和运作模式,并在此基础上提出其对我国高校数字图书馆建设的几点启示,以进一步推进我国高校图书馆数字化建设的发展。

| Abstract: | HathiTrust is a shared digital repository built by American academic libraries.This paper introduces its cause of launching,then describes the governance and operation model,and finally suggests to use the successful experiences of HathiTrust for constructing digital library in Chinese academic libraries. |
