| 摘 要： | 政治是维系社会秩序建设和谐社会的基本手段,民主发展与法治完善是政治文明的重要体现,社会是否实现民主与法治是一个国家文明程度的重要标志。扩大党内民主和基层民主是建设社会主义政治文明的重要方式,良法之治是通往和谐社会的必经之路,建设社会主义和谐社会必须加快社会主义政治文明建设中的民主发展与法治完善的进程。

| Abstract: | Politics is an elementary way to maintain social order and build harmonious society; democracy and rule by law are excellent demonstrations of political civilization; social democracy and rule by law are important symbols of a nation＇s degree of civilization. Broadening inner party democracy and democracy at the grassroots level are vital ways to build socialist political civilization. ＂Rule of rational law＂ is necessary to realize our goal of building a harmonious society. In order to build a socialist harmonious society, it＇s of great need to promote democracy as well as rule by law structure. |
