自由基与细胞损伤细胞凋亡

摘    要:ROS是自由基的主要来源,近年的研究结果表明,ROS参与了体内许多的生理生化变化及一些病理过程。就自由基的产生、自由基损伤细胞与诱导细胞凋亡,及其与运动性疲劳关系作综述。认为ROS诱导细胞凋亡的机理与运动性疲劳产生的机制类同,这提示细胞凋亡与运动性疲劳可能存在密切相关的关系。体内除了一系列抗氧化防御酶系外,还存在基因bc1-2的调节机制,提示bc1-2可能也参与了运动性疲劳和机能恢复等方面的调节。

Abstract:ROS is the chief source of the free radical It has been revealed in the studies in recent years that ROS participates in many changes in physiology and biochemistry, and some pathological processes. Synthetically surveyed are the production of the free radical, the injury of cells and the inducement of apoptosis by the free radical, as well as its relationship with sports-oriented fatigue. It is considered that the mechanism of ROS inducing apoptosis is similar to the mechanism which results from sports-oriented tiredness, which suggests that there may exist a close relationship between apoptosis and exercise-oriented fatigue. In addition to a series of antioxygenic enzymes, there also exists the adjusting mechanism of gene bc1-2, which suggests that also possibly takes part in the regulation of exercise-oriented tiredness, the restoration of functions, and so forth.
