高校普通体育课生理负荷强度和强度分布的研究

摘    要:对北京、四川、广州20所不同类别的重点和非重点高校一年级80%教师的259次普通体育课生理负荷进行连续测试.从生理学角度结合教学指标对体育课生理负荷强度和强度分布进行分析.结果表明:体育课生理负荷强度是不理想且偏低的;生理负荷强度对心肌泵血机能的锻炼有积极作用;对心泵血功能的锻炼还不充分.67,57%生理负荷强度分布类型符合人体机能能力活动变化规律.

Abstract:Through the continuous test of physiology workload, from the angle of physiology combining teaching index, physiology workload intensity and intensity distribution are analyzed.The result shows: physiology workload intensity in P.E courses is lower and not ideal; physiology workload intensity plays positive role in myocardium pumping blood; it is inadequate to practise the myocardium. 67.57% physiology workload intensity distribution is in line with the activity principles of physical function ability. Some suggestions are also put forward.
