| 摘 要： | 公共选择理论是在政府干预缺陷日益显露的情况下,为适应当时的形势,以布坎南为代表的公共选择学派提出的。公共选择理论的主要贡献是运用经济人假设和把政治视为交易的观点,成功地研究了社会政治活动的许多问题。根据公共选择理论,在我国政府建设过程中应当切实转换政府职能,广泛引进竞争机制,努力提高行政效率,坚决遏制腐败行为,积极推行依法行政。

| Abstract: | The theory of public choice was advanced in the situation where the shortcomings of government intervention appeared increasingly,and it was put forward by Buchanan representing the shool of public choice to adapt to the situation at that time.The main contribution of this theory is that it uses rational person's hypothesis and regards polictics as a deal and it successfully studies many problems occurring in social political activities.According to it,our government should change its function during the construction,bring in competition mechanism,strengthen the development of legal system,firmly control corrupt dealings and carry out administration in accordance with the law. |
