| 摘 要： | 男女平等,是指妇女在政治、经济、文化和家庭生活各个方面全面享有与男子平等的权利,承担平等的义务.但是,这种平等并不是自古就有的.在苏维埃政权下,中国共产党把保障妇女与男子享有平等的权利作为一项重要工作,在宪法及各种法律文件中加以确认,并且取得了很好的效果.
